Hi! I'm Carl, a freelance Web/UX designer and front end developer based in Cebu, Philippines with 7+ years of experience. I graduated BS – Computer Science at La Salle University. I was working before as a Senior Creative Director on a Web Startup company. I'm available for freelance work in Web design, User Interface design, User Experience design, Logo design and Front End development. I specialize in designing and creating websites that does not only focus on the visual interface design but it also conforms on the latest web standards.
I have worked on different clients from Australia, US, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, France, Canada, Russia, Spain, Sweden and Singapore. I can create and design clean, corporate, artsy and appealing websites that are W3C compliant. I can also create logo, poster, business card and other materials for both web & print. I have experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator and coding CSS/HTML effectively and some basic working knowledge on PHP and Javascript on designer’s point of view.
